o    Underskirt in same fabric as bodice.
o    Overskirt consists of 3 layers of stiff tulle with 'v' cut edges gathered onto elastic and attached to the dress. This means that this area is still stretchy and flexible in its sizing / fit. The top and bottom layers of tulle / net are white with the middle layer in pink.
