REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY
Here at Indisguise we offer an exchange or money back guarantee on any product which is returned within 7 days of delivery. We refund for merchandise only and NOT postage and handling fees.
Conditions for return of goods:
1. Packaged products must be in their original / unopened packaging.
2. Costumes must have manufacturers' tag and be unworn.
A $5.00 handling and administration fee applies on returns.
All returns should be sent via registered post, we accept no responsibility if the parcel does not reach us. Once the parcel is returned we will then process it.

All stock shown on this website is subject to availability.
If you purchase an item that is out of stock, we will contact you immediately and offer you other options e.g.
(a) Order alternate products
(b) To dispatch product when available
(c) Receive a full refund.

Standard costs apply $7.50 courier up to $100.00 of costumes
Your order can take up to 14 days for delivery so we suggest you order sooner rather than later.
